It is amazing to see this film will be coming out soon! Our family can't wait, and my boys who know about their great grandpa, the Cristero, abuelito Pedro, are excited to see this too! The Cristero war played an immense part in my families history due to the fact that my great grandfather was a captain during this war. A lot other relatives were also apart of this historical incident and were actually made into martyrs amongst their death. The story goes that when the soldiers killed them, a sudden gust of wind blew flowers off of the nearby trees and landed on the deceased cristeros. Then it unexpectedly began to rain, washing away the blood on the ground. It would be amazing if this incident was included in the movie.
